We believe that health and safety of people related to our operations is of prime concern. Maintenance and of Safe and Healthy work environment is essential for Productivity, Quality, Cost and above all, employee well being. All hazards can be controlled and personnel injuries can be prevented by effective participation of all employees,
We are committed to,
- Integrate health and safety aspect in selection, use and maintenance of plant, machines, equipments, materials, processes and products.
- Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements related to industrial health and safety,
- Incorporate safety and health in selection, training, placement and career advancement of personnel
- Encourage and promote participation of employees in all safety activities by establishing a safety organization with specified responsibilities.
- Provide all individuals with necessary information, instructions and supervision for safe working practices.
- Evaluate and improve safety performance of the organization through periodical safety inspections and reviews.
- Address the safety performance in the annual report.
